Agency email forwarding settings

How forwarding works

Both agency actions send a governed email through NuGrow’s configured outbound mail service. They do not call, text, or send WhatsApp messages.

The email includes the report reference, farmer contact, farm address and coordinates, incident date and time, estimated loss, stolen-item summary, farmer statement, and any existing Police reference. Evidence files remain protected in NuGrow and are not attached automatically.
